Some people believe that most people do not care enough about environmental problems. I partly agree with this opinion, because although many people know about these problems, they do not do enough to protect the environment.

On the one hand, it seems that many people do not care about the environment. For example, many people still use plastic bags, plastic bottles and straws every day, even though they know that plastic pollutes the oceans. Many people also drive their own cars instead of using public transport, which causes air pollution. In addition, people often waste electricity and water at home, such as leaving the lights on when they go out. This shows that they think more about their own convenience than about the environment.

On the other hand, I think that more and more people care about the environment nowadays. Many young people take part in campaigns about climate change, and some people choose to recycle, buy eco-friendly products or eat less meat. For example, the student Greta Thunberg started a big movement, and millions of young people around the world joined protests to ask governments to protect the environment. Moreover, many people want to protect the environment, but they do not have enough money or time. For example, electric cars and organic food are often more expensive.

In my opinion, people care about the environment, but they do not change their habits enough. Governments should make it easier and cheaper for people to live in an environmentally friendly way.

In conclusion, I partly agree that most people do not care enough about environmental issues, because many people still have bad habits, although the number of people who care is increasing.

283 từ. So với bài 6.0: lập luận sâu hơn, từ vựng chính xác và đa dạng hơn, câu phức dùng tự nhiên hơn.

It is often claimed that most people are not sufficiently concerned about environmental issues. While I agree that many people's behaviour does not reflect the seriousness of these problems, I believe that this is not always because they do not care.

There is considerable evidence that many people's actions are harmful to the environment. Despite widespread awareness of plastic pollution, single-use plastics are still used in huge quantities. Many people continue to rely on private cars for short journeys, fly frequently for holidays and consume large amounts of meat and imported goods, all of which contribute to greenhouse gas emissions. Furthermore, environmental issues often rank below economic concerns, such as jobs and the cost of living, when people vote in elections. This suggests that, for many, protecting the environment is not a top priority.

However, it would be unfair to conclude that most people simply do not care. Surveys in many countries show that a majority of people are worried about climate change, and environmental movements, particularly among young people, have grown significantly in recent years. The problem is often that sustainable choices are expensive or inconvenient. For example, electric vehicles, organic food and energy-efficient homes can be unaffordable for people on low incomes, and in many areas public transport is inadequate. In addition, individuals may feel that their actions make little difference compared with those of large corporations and governments.
