If I had the opportunity to visit a foreign country for two weeks, I would choose Japan. There are many reasons why I would like to visit this country, and I will explain the most important ones in this essay.
Firstly, I am very interested in Japanese culture. Japan has a long history and many beautiful traditional places, such as temples, shrines and old castles. I would like to visit Kyoto, which has more than one thousand temples and shrines. I also want to try wearing a kimono, stay in a traditional Japanese hotel and see a tea ceremony. At the same time, Japan is a very modern country. In Tokyo, there are many tall buildings, high-tech shops and fast trains. Secondly, I would love to try Japanese food. I have eaten sushi and ramen in Vietnam, but I want to try real Japanese food in Japan. I also want to visit the local markets and try street food, such as takoyaki and okonomiyaki.
Thirdly, Japan has beautiful natural scenery. I would like to see Mount Fuji, which is the most famous mountain in Japan. If I could visit in spring, I would also like to see the cherry blossoms, which are very beautiful. In addition, I want to relax in a hot spring, which is very popular in Japan.
