1. Điều kiện ngầm là gì?
Điều kiện ngầm (Implicit Conditional) là cách diễn đạt ý nghĩa câu điều kiện KHÔNG dùng "If", thay vào đó dùng các giới từ như With, Without, But for.
Đặc điểm:
- Câu ngắn gọn, súc tích hơn
- Thường dùng trong văn viết trang trọng
- Ý nghĩa giống câu điều kiện Type 2 hoặc Type 3
2. WITHOUT (Không có/Nếu không có)
Nghĩa: "Không có", "Nếu không có"
a) WITHOUT + Type 2 (Hiện tại không có thật)
Công thức:
Without + N, S + would/could/might + V
= If there were no + N / If S + didn't have + N

Công thức:
Without + N, S + would/could/might + have + V3
= If there had been no + N / If S + hadn't had + N

3. WITH (Với/Nếu có)
Nghĩa: "Với", "Nếu có" (ngược lại với Without)
a) WITH + Type 2 (Hiện tại không có thật)

With + N, S + would/could/might + V
= If S + had + N / If there were + N

b) WITH + Type 3 (Quá khứ không có thật)
Công thức:
With + N, S + would/could/might + have + V3
= If S + had had + N

4. BUT FOR (Nếu không có)
Nghĩa: "Nếu không có" = WITHOUT (trang trọng hơn)

= Without + N = If it were not for / If it hadn't been for

Dịch: Nếu không có sự ủng hộ của bạn, tôi sẽ cảm thấy vô vọng.
Ví dụ 6: But for (Type 3 - Quá khứ)
Điều kiện ngầm:

Câu điều kiện:
✅ If it hadn't been for the doctor, he would have died.

❌ LỖI THƯỜNG GẶP
Lỗi 1: Nhầm thì sau Without (Type 2 vs Type 3)
❌ SAI: Without your help, I would have failed. (Nhưng muốn nói về hiện tại)
✅ ĐÚNG: Without your help, I would fail. (Type 2 - hiện tại)
Giải thích: Type 2 dùng "would + V", Type 3 dùng "would have + V3". Phải phân biệt rõ thời gian.
Lỗi 2: Dùng động từ sau Without/With/But for
❌ SAI: Without study, I would fail.
✅ ĐÚNG: Without studying / Without study time, I would fail.
Giải thích: Sau Without/With/But for phải là DANH TỪ hoặc DANH ĐỘNG TỪ (V-ing), không phải động từ nguyên mẫu.
Lỗi 3: Quên "have" trong Type 3

Giải thích: Type 3 phải có "have" sau would/could/might.
Lỗi 4: Nhầm But for với But

Giải thích: "But for" là cụm cố định, không phải "But" đơn thuần.
Lỗi 5: Dùng sai "If it were not for"
❌ SAI: If it wasn't for you, I would fail.

Giải thích: Trong câu điều kiện Type 2, luôn dùng "were" (không phải "was") sau "it".
